Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate will be mentored by the CEO to play a key role in the growth of Agile-ity Inc. by introducing the firm to new and emerging customers and aiding in the creation of long term successful business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, send emails and LinkedIn messages to a defined and assigned target list of executives and schedules in person and phone meetings for the CEO.
  • Achieve/exceed established daily and monthly productivity goals for outreach count and scheduled meetings, with an emphasis on growing the existing customer base.
  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients to fulfill business development outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Attend client and prospect meetings with the CEO.
  • Drive marketing campaigns to defined target lists and conduct follow ups with the goal of increasing the firm’s visibility in the market.
  • Foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive customer interactions and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
  • 2 years of (inside or outside) sales and or recruiting experience preferred.
  • A track record of success in achieving goals, the ability to work independently, highly organized and superior communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, appetite for learning and desire for growth.
