Target Audience
Who should attend? The APV course is for anyone who owns the identification, prioritization, definition and delivery of customer product value. Typical attendee roles include business analysts, project managers, and product managers.
Assessment and certification
After taking the course, you will have an opportunity to validate that you understand core Kanban topics. We will invite you to take an online assessment that evaluates your understanding and provides you with guidance on areas to improve.

Cancellation
Student substitutions or postponements for classes are accepted at any time. Student cancellations must be made via email. Refunds for student cancellations may be available as follows:
- Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to the first day of class = 100% refund of course fee less transaction fees.
- Cancellation received more than 10 days prior to the first day of class = 50% refund of course fee less transaction fees.
- Cancellation received less than 10 days prior to the first day of class = no refund provided.
Should a postponement or cancellation occur, you’ll be notified no later than 5 days prior to class. Please reach out with any questions.
About The Trainer
John Gillespie is a Professional Kanban & Professional Scrum Trainer. He is one of only a few Scrum trainers globally able to offer the full range of Scrum.org courses. John has numerous LinkedIn recommendations from happy clients.
John has better than 20 years of experience with Scrum and 30+ years of experience in delivering complex software systems. John led the development of Fleet Bank’s (Bank of America) first online banking application and more than 10 lottery system implementations globally. His classes are filled with numerous examples he has garnered on the front lines of software development over the past 25 years.
Over the last 10 years, John has been guiding organizations including Oracle, Bank of America, US Navy, Wells Fargo, Publix, BNY-Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, Department of Homeland Security, Moody’s and Warner Music.
